Someone forwarded this to me today and it was rather ironic timing since I was feeling a little furstrated and down...the challenge is to watch this video without smiling. I don't think it is possible. Next time I am having a rough day or just feeling down, I plan to watch...

I love Matt! I hadn't seen that video yet...just his older ones. My favorite part was the guy dancing in his wheelchair on the beach in California. Thanks for sharing that one!
